  I have had a nagging pain behind my left shoulder blade for a number of years brought on by complications with a foot injury. It had been something that was always present as I dealt with other health issues. I finally ask my doctor if there is someone I could see about the discomfort. I was given Integral Physical Therapy's number and I called for an appointment. I was able to get in with no problem. My first visit was lots of questions to assess what was wrong. After about 30 minutes Chris was able to tell me just what he thought was wrong and began a regiment of exercises and stretches that would alleviate my problems. That was a little more than a month and a half ago and I feel great. The range of motion in both my neck and my back have increased so significantly that i have been medically released for their care. I am almost 90% back to my normal self, due in no small part to the wonderful people at Integral Physical Therapy. Chris and Monica are the best. I highly recommend them to anyone who has problems with pain.
