  horrible patient care. My daughter was accidently pinched on her lip and she sucked and nibbled on it. the next day, Saturday, her lip was a size of a small bouncy ball. I called the emergency line and a dentist called and began to text me. I exchanged photos of my concern. he notified me that it was "normal" especially if she chewed and sucked on it. I took her to children's ED and they said the same thing. which mmm okay. still feeling uneasy because my daughter is in pain but fine. so here comes the issue the dentist never called to check on her...SHE HAD AN ORAL PROCEEDURE! she is a child, heck I get a check up call on a routine cleaning....fast forward 3 months or so. still have that hard ball on her lip.. yes it went down a lot, but still there. so I took her back and saw the head dentist of the office. when we got there he hygienist asked us what the issue was, I began to explain to her. before i knew it she interrupted me and accused me of lying, she was there ,that's not true on and on. I did not go in to argue I went in for my child's welfare. I have expressed all these issues with the office, yet nothing was really done to my knowledge. I decided to write this review months later because my daughter who once loved the dentist, is now fearful and im having a hard time finding a good dentist in the area.
